Having a hard time finding any more space in your yard for native plants? We know the feeling. Pennsylvania sedge (Carex pensylvanica) and heartleaf foamflower (Tiarella cordifolia) are small species that will squeeze right in. Go on… you know there’s always room for a few more.

Did you know native grasses host many species of butterflies? Switchgrass (Panicum virgatum) and Big Bluestem (Andropogon gerardii) are host plants for the Delaware skipper (Anatrytone logan), which is on the state rare watch list!
