Ongoing: Muddy Branch Trail Wildlife Monitoring

The Muddy Branch Alliance, to better understand the use of the trail, has been placing a trail monitor at various locations along the greenway. The monitor is not being used to identify individual people; it is just being used to count people and animals that use the trail. This monitoring effort will continue throughout 2019. The Muddy Branch Alliance has received a permit (#189739) from Montgomery Parks and the permission of the City of Gaithersburg to perform this activity.  Thank you for respecting the monitor.
